Mandy from leaving school worked for her late father within the family business, operating within the hire desk, accounts, and personnel, gaining vast experience. Since 1999 Mandy has worked side by side with Chris in the growth of their own companies. Mandy deals with all the day to day finance of the group of companies, supported by her team in accounts.
